Aren’t blogs so last decade (or the decade before)?

The answer may well be yes, but that’s why this isn’t just a blog. It’s a space for me to write, to think, to spout and to learn.

Writing is one of my favourite things to do. I loved creative writing when I was a kid. Somehow, English was my top graded subject at high school. I’ve been writing about sports on other platforms for years. I tell tall tales and read extensively. But I’ve never made the effort to really get into it seriously. I have had too much going on and other things to take my time and I let writing take a back step.

Until now, and that’s why I’ve gone ahead and made my space to write down. I think writing, in any and all its forms, will be my future. Both in my free time and hopefully in my career. And the future must start somewhere. So in order to get my thoughts and stories out there, and to learn what I need to work on, I made this. A simple website for my to put my thoughts out there for everyone.

So if you are reading this, I hope you are here for the long-haul. All my thoughts might not match yours or be of interest to you but I hope you’ll find them engaging, witty where I want them to be and serious if not. If you have thoughts, tips or ideas, let me know.
